Premier Funding Terms and Conditions

These Funding Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with Premier Funding in regards to all dealings including but not limited to funding of your account, the funding trial period, copy-trading, information, eligibility and any other services (the “Service”, “Services” described herein) operated by Premier Funding (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before applying for funding, entering into the challenge, and paying any deposit amounts, as these are non-refundable. Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services we offer you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you should not access the Service.

Eligibility

These services are available to all persons above the age of 18 worldwide, with the following exceptions:

(1) Premier employees and contractors shall not be permitted to use these services, including employees and contractors of Premier's partners.

(2) Former Premier employees and contractors shall not be permitted to use these services, including the former employees and contractors of Premier's partners.

Additionally, by clicking “I agree”, you attest that all information you have provided and will provide to Us regarding these services is accurate and complete, including but not limited to your full name, email address, country and state of citizenship, and bank account information (for payouts).

Furthermore, you agree that you will be the sole person operating the account, and that no other person will have access to, place trades on, or copy-trade to or from, either the “Demo” Account or the account you have applied for.

Fees

By clicking “I agree”, you acknowledge and agree to the following fee schedule for the Services:

(1) A non-refundable flat application fee of $469 for one-time eligibility to complete the $3,500 FLASH account challenge.

(2) A non-refundable flat application fee of $400 for one-time eligibility to complete the $25,000 account challenge.

(3) A non-refundable flat application fee of $650 for one-time eligibility to complete the $50,000 account challenge.

(4) A non-refundable flat application fee of $1,100 for one-time eligibility to complete the $100,000 account challenge.

(5) A non-refundable flat application fee of $1,950 for one-time eligibility to complete the $200,000 account challenge.

Evaluation Challenge

By clicking “I agree”, you acknowledge that in order to receive the Account you have applied for, you must pass an evaluation challenge lasting 30 trading days. Furthermore, you acknowledge that you must meet ALL of the following requirements with a “Demo” Account during the Evaluation Challenge Period to pass the Evaluation Challenge:

(1) You must grow the account total balance by a net 10.00% by the end of the Evaluation Challenge Period.

(2) You must place at least one new trade (buy order) on the account on a minimum of 20 trading days during the Evaluation Challenge Period.

(3) You must produce at least 16 “Green Days” during the trial period as described herein:
A “Green Day” is defined as a closing bell balance (balance at 05:59:59 PM EST) that is at least 1.00% higher than the previous day’s cloaing balance (balance at 05:59:59 PM EST).

(4) You must have a maximum SINGLE-DAY drawdown of 5.00%, meaning on any given day the “Demo” Account balance may not drop below 95.00% of that day’s starting balance, even if the losses are unrealized.

(5) You must have a maximum TOTAL drawdown of 10.00% of the starting “Demo” Account balance, meaning the “Demo” account balance may not drop below 90.00% of the initial balance, even if the losses are unrealized.

(6) Your challenge is a total of 30 days in length, beginning on the day your account setup is completed and ending 30 calendar days from the start day. Your account setup email will include your account start and end dates.

By clicking “I agree”, you agree that if you do not meet all (5) of these criteria at the end of the Evaluation Challenge Period, you will fail the Evaluation Challenge and you will not be given access to the Account you have applied for. Furthermore, you agree that the fee you have paid to take the Evaluation Challenge is non-refundable and shall not be refunded should you fail the Evaluation Challenge. If you have questions at any point during the Evaluation Challenge, it is your responsibility to ask via our our support line.

The Account you have Applied for ("Your Account")

In order to receive the account you have applied for, you must meet the eligibility requirements and pass the Evaluation Challenge. Once you have successfully met the eligibility requirements and passed the Evaluation Challenge, you will be given NEW login information for the account you have applied for. By clicking “I agree”, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions and information about the account you have applied for:

(1) The account you have applied for will have separate login credentials from the “Demo” account you have used for the Evaluation Challenge. These credentials will be provided to you by our support team.

(2) You agree to allow us access to view your account and statements, including logging into your account to view the trades you have placed and monitoring your account for compliance using administrator credentials.

(3) You acknowledge that the account you have applied for is not funded with real currency, and that Premier is not a broker and does not provide or sell securities to its customers. Instead, we may electronically copy-trade from your account 0.5X, 1.0X, 1.5X, 2.0X, or another multiple to mirror the returns of the account you have applied for onto its own corporate account.

(4) You agree that the initial profit split between yourself and Premier is 80/20, meaning you will receive 80% of the profits generated from the account while Premier shall retain 20% of the profits. This profit split may be increased to 90/10 in cases of high performance.

Account Maintenance

By clicking “I agree”, you understand that the Account Maintenance requirements apply to the account you have applied for, and you agree to the Account Maintenance requirements as described herein and understand and agree that we may terminate and close your account permanently if ANY of the Account Maintenance requirements are breached. Furthermore, you agree that account termination does not entitle you to any refund. Account Maintenance requirements are listed as follows:

You must have a maximum SINGLE-DAY drawdown of 5.00%, meaning on any given day the Account balance may not drop below 95.00% of that day’s starting balance, even if the losses are unrealized.

You must have a maximum TOTAL drawdown of 10.00% of the starting Account balance, meaning the “Demo” account balance may not drop below 90.00% of the initial balance, even if the losses are unrealized.

You must not trade with funds pending withdrawal.

By clicking "I agree", you agree that you are not permitted to operate, under your own name or another's, more than two (2) accounts at a given time.

Payouts

By clicking “I agree”, you acknowledge and agree that payouts are only available on net profits generated from the account you have applied for, and are not available for profits generated by the “Demo” Account that is used for the Evaluation Challenge.

Furthermore, you agree that in order to receive a withdrawal from the account you have applied for, you must request the withdrawal in writing via email. You acknowledge that the waiting period for withdrawals is 14 days, and that the amount received by you will be the amount requested less our profit split.

You agree to provide us your bank account wire information in order to process the withdrawals. You also agree that after a withdrawal is completed, the same amount will be deducted from your account.

Account Termination

By clicking "I Agree", you acknowledge and agree that your account may be terminated for violation of any of the following. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that violation of any of the following will result in you not being able to withdraw from your account permanently:

(1) Providing inaccurate personal information to us, including but not limited to your legal name, information about who is operating the account, tax information, country of residence and address.

(2) Any attempt or completion of illegal activities, including but not limited to insider trading or front running trades.

Additionally, you agree that you will reimburse us for any payouts you have received to date if you are in violation of any of these criteria.

Third Party Platforms

Premier uses third party platforms to provide these Services including but not limited to the Demo Trading Platform MetaTrader. We do not assume any responsibility for outages, inaccuracies or glitches in third party platforms.

Rights Reserved

Premier reserves the right to close accounts that take advantage of unrealistic order fills. Additionally, we reserve the right to
